>For those of you who have ever read a Debbie Macomber book you are well aware that she is an avid knitter. For those who have never read one of her books, she has an entire series based on a yarn shop! Even the books that aren’t in the Blossom Street series are great, but she also has a charity outreach called Knit 1, Bless 2.
She’s looking for donations of blankets, preemie caps, sweaters, and bibs. If you’re interested in donating she will be passing the items on to Newborns in Need, Project Linus, and The Binky Patrol. Her goal is to donate 2,500 items (knit or crocheted) and the deadline is May 31. If you’re interested in getting more details here is the link to her site with more info.
