A Mother’s Day Tribute
My mother raised me on her own until I was 8 years old. At that time she married a wonderful man, who adopted me, and treated me as his own. She was only married to my dad for 9 years when he suddenly passed away. This time she was left with 4 children to raise on her own. Let me just tell you she is amazing! I wouldn’t be the woman, or mother, I am today if it weren’t for her love and guidance. She never gave up on me (that’s for another blog entry), and for that I am forever grateful.
She is an amazing mother.
She is an amazing grandmother.
She is an amazing wife.
(After 21 years of being a widow my mother remarried last year on Mother’s Day weekend.)
So happy for her. 
But most of all…
She is an amazing woman!
She is my biggest supporter and, other than my husband, she is my best friend. I am so grateful God gave me to her.
