Help Me Name This Baby Afghan

Posted by on May 6, 2012 in Crochet | 12 comments

I’ve been working on a new baby afghan pattern, and it’s finally finished!  Yay!  Here’s where I need help……..

I can’t think of a good name for it. Any suggestions?

Lavender Baby BlanketSorry for the terrible pic. It’s been raining for days. I promise to have better ones once I release the pattern.

Here’s a picture without the border, but you can get a better picture of the stitching.

Would love to hear your suggestions or ideas!  And, if you have the winning name, you will receive a free copy of the pattern.

  1. Baby Puff Clouds, because that’s what it reminds me of–puffs of little baby clouds!!

    It’s beautiful ,by the way!!

  2. Humble Heart…..Baby blanket ….You have a humble heart..

    • Denise, thank you!

  3. I’m terrible at naming, but it’s lovely.

  4. OOPS! It looked like a blue blanket when I saw the little picture. Guess ” Little Boy Blue doesn’t fit now. I’ll think on it.

  5. How about” Snuggle Bug”?

  6. I think “Hugs and Kisses” would be an awesome name… the mail part of the blanket reminds me of the X part of X’s and O’s, and the border looks like arms reaching out to hug you….

  7. This is lovely! How about the name Heaven Sent? Have a great week!

  8. The name that pops into my head for that very lovely blanket would be’CROSS MY HEART’, it just looks so precious….

  9. The pattern rather looks like flower buds, so perhaps Flower Bud.

  10. My first thought was “Cherished Heirloom Baby Aghan” or just “Cherished” if you want something shorter.

  11. “LOVE ME” for all love you put into the aghan.
