Big Book of Little Amigurumi Book Review
Publisher: Martingale
Number of Pages: 179 pages
Number of Projects: 43 projects, but many projects have multiple pieces
Types of Projects: Everything amigurumi……animals, vehicles, food, tea set, toys and more.
Difficulty: I didn’t see a difficulty rating listed, but I’m confident that if you know single crochet, and you know how to increase and decrease, you will be able to make these.
First Impression: WOW! 179 pages!!! With that many pages and dozens of projects there has to be something you will like. I don’t make too many ami items because of my hands, but there are definitely a few cute items I need to put on my to-do list. The projects are small, and there are multiple age levels (car seat toys, toy airplane for older babies/toddlers, food items for toddlers and younger children. I’m amazed at the size of this book and quantity of items included.
As always Martingale has included tons of resources and extras beyond the patterns themselves. There is stitch help, resourses, and tips to just name a few. You can click on the photos or the link under the cover to go the the Martingale site and see the book for yourself.
There were so many adorable designs. I had a hard time narrowing it down to just a handful.
Happy Crocheting!
