Pumpkin Hat Crochet Pattern
Fall is for Pumpkin Spice everything…..especially if you live in New England! This Pumpkin Hat will add some fun to your wardrobe this fall while keeping you warm.
When I designed this pumpkin hat I wanted it to have some realistic features, so the stem was made to look like a real pumpkin stem as well as the leaf and flower appliques that you can add on.
Let your whole family have fun with this Pumpkin Patch hat. Sizes will fit newborn through adult (and the newborn will fit a doll).

PUMPKIN HAT
Finished Sizes:
0-3 months
3-6 months
6-18 months
2T – 5T
5T – preteen
Adult
Yarn: #4 worsted weight – Sample used:
3 oz. Red Heart super saver – “Orange”
1 oz. Red Heart super saver – “Green”
1 oz. Red Heart super saver – “Gold” or “Yellow”
Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm). Change hook size to get correct gauge if needed.
Notions: Yarn Needle
Special Stitches: Front Post cluster (FPcl)
Difficulty: Beginner
You will need to be familiar with basic stitches as well as increasing. Once you get past the increases the pattern is straightforward.
Abbreviations
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
FPcl – Front Post cluster
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
yo – yarn over

I'm from Germany, you Know, here Halloween get started a few Years ago with the costumes and the Trick or treat,….but the hat are for Fall nice, too,… Great Designs you make always,… In the Moment i crochet your Berry delight hat,… I have a question : the 2 fpdc around the Next 2 dc together,… I had don't Cross the stitches,for example: i had crochet a half fpdc in the 2s dc than in the 3dc, had i must make it another Way : First the 3dc and than the 2 dc, that they Cross ?
