10 Days of Thanksgiving – Rainbows {Day 8}
10 Days of Thanksgiving – Rainbows
November…. the month that reminds everyone that we need to be thankful for all that we have. Crafting Friends Designs, Sweet Potato 3, Snappy Tots & I have come up with a 10 days of Thanksgiving Crochet Event. Each day we will share what we’re grateful for, and then we will each offer a pattern for $1 relating to the day’s theme.
10 Days of Thanksgiving – Rainbows
Today is day 8 of our 10 Days of Thanksgiving with our theme being rainbows.
We all decided that one of the things we were thankful for was rainbows. I personally see the rainbow as a promise – it gives me hope. During the storms of life I hang onto knowing that God has my back. You can’t have a rainbow without the rain, so we need to be thankful for the gray skies and rain as well as the rainbow. So, if you’re struggling, just remember:
The greater the storm, the brighter the rainbow.
Today we’ve all picked something bright, cheerful, and full of color. Hopefully it will be a reminder of sunshine, of hope, and of happy things.
Below is my rainbow baby blanket. The white is raised so it looks like little cloud bursts in between the rainbow of squares.

Kate’s Loop the Loop afghan is magnificent! The raised colors make this rainbow pop!

Heidi is the master of rainbow colors and her Snappy Bag is no exception. There are an entire rainbow of colors to choose from when making yourself a bag.
Christine’s Woodland Hat is full of soft rainbow colors. Make it just as she has it or add your own rainbow for your own look.
