Wall Hangings Book Review

Wall hangings have become sure popular this year! But I have to admit, I knew how to do macrame as a kid, but I honestly haven’t tried in probably over 30 years. So when I saw this book, I thought…..genius! I can make a wall hanging and use crochet stitches!

Windy Sails - Wall Hanging crochet book review.

Review

The book includes many different styles and shapes, so no matter how you like to decorate your house there is something for everyone. Sharon combines basic stitches with stunning colors, beads, and fun yarn to create a beautiful variety of wall hangings.

Made with basic crochet stitches, you can accomplish these patterns with some shaping and stitch combos. There is help for things that are beyond the basics in the back of the book.

The book also includes all your general pattern info (gauge, terms, abbreviations), as well as exactly which yarns were used for each project, so you can match it exactly if you choose to.

*Disclaimer* – This book was provided to me for a review, but all opinions are strictly my own.
