Stella Triangular Scarf Crochet Pattern

When I released the Stella Asymmetrical Shawlette and the Stella Cowl, I had some ideas for a few other patterns using the same stitch combo. So, when my uncle asked me for a scarf using the same concept I jumped on the chance for another design to add to this collection.

Introducing the Stella Triangular Scarf.

Stella Triangular Scarf Crochet Pattern

The Stella Scarf is a simple mix between a shawl and a scarf. It’s the shape of a shawl but the center point is shallow enough to fit into your jacket or wear as a scarf without too much excess bulk.

The scarf is made side to side with increases until you reach the center, then decreases to the end point.

Finished Sizes: approx. 54” long x 17” tall; before blocking – 65” long x 18” tall at point; after blocking.

Yarn: #4 worsted weight (10 oz total) – Sample used: Lion Brand Touch of Alpaca in Blush, Purple Aster, Dusty Blue.

Hook: Size I/9 (5.5 mm). Change hook size to get correct gauge if needed.

Notions: Yarn Needle

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner

The pattern has a 2 row repeat. You will need to be familiar with chains, dc, and the cluster stitch (or be comfortable trying new stitches).
