I’m pretty sure we all have that one friend who is freezing no matter what the temperature is outside. This easy super scarf works up amazingly fast, which makes it great for that last minute gift. Make one for yourself or make one for a friend . . . . or both! You’ll have style and warmth all winter long.

MATERIALS


Pattern Rating: Beginner 

Finished Sizes: approx. 10.5” wide and 102″ long

Yarn: #5 bulky weight yarn – 17 oz./630 yds
Sample made with Loops & Threads Charisma in Berry

Crochet Hook: Size – L (8.00 mm)

Notions: Yarn Needle

Gauge: 8.5 sts and 8 rows = 4” in pattern


Abbreviations

blo – back loop only
ch – chain
hdc – half double crochet
sc – single crochet
sl st – slip stitch
yo – yarn over

SUNSET RIDGE SUPER SCARF


Ch 194.
Row 1: Working in back ridge of beg ch, hdc in 2nd ch from hook, hdc in each ch across, turn. (193 hdc) 

Row 2: Ch 1, sc blo in each st across, turn. (193 sc)

Row 3: Ch 1, hdc blo in each st across, turn. (193 hdc)

Row 4 – 18: Repeat Row 2 & 3, until scarf measures approx. 10.5” wide.
