Today is year TEN I was in business . . . . 2016. Everyone’s favorite pattern that year was the Oakley Fringe Cowl.
This cowl was created with a point in the front but the back stays neck length so it has less bulk. Named the Oakley Fringe Cowl by someone in my crochet group because it reminded her of something Annie Oakley might have worn.
