Easy 2-hr Scarf Crochet Pattern
I had many requests for the pattern for this, so here it is. It’s super easy and works up quick too.
Change the look of this scarf just by changing the colors of yarn.
Finished Sizes: approx.. 4” X 70”
Materials: 5 skeins – #4 worsted weight yarn
- 1 skein (3 oz.) – Burgundy
- 1 skein (3 oz.) – green
- 1 skein (3 oz.) – brown
- 1 skein (3 oz.) – burnt orange
- 1 skein (3 oz.) – mustard
- Size “S” hook (or speed hook from Lion Brand)
- Yarn Needle
Gauge: 1 sc = 1 inch
Abbreviations
ch – chain
lp – loop
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hk – hook
sk – skip
yo – yarn over
SCARF
Holding all 5 strands together
Ch80,
Row 1: crocheting in back loops of beg ch (this will create a finished edge), sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across, turn. (79 sc)
Row 2: ch1, sc in each sc across, turn.
Row 3 – 5: Repeat Row 2.
Fasten off. Tie in ends.

OMG thank you for this pattern! I have recently picked crochet back up (after not stitching a single stitch since I was a kid) and wanted to be able to make scarves for family for Christmas. But I wasn’t sure how I would make them in time (seeing as I have a demanding full time day job), but THIS GIVES ME A CHANCE! Woo hoo! And it’s so beautiful! Can’t wait to pick out colors for each member of my family.
