>Crocheted Bows

Some of you may remember a while back I made my ‘Wrapped in Love” beanie.  (click here if you missed that post)  I labored over that bow for what seemed like weeks.  It wasn’t particularly hard, but I had never seen a bow like I had pictured in my mind, so I set out to make one.  I was totally surprised at the abundance of positive comments it received.  Many just wanted the bow, but I have a hard time selling one tiny item like that, so I set out to make a variety of sizes.

Fastforward a few weeks….last week I put up, on my facebook page, the question, “What is the biggest size bow you’d like to see?”  The very first comment was, “Ginormous. The bigger the bow, the closer to God.”  I laughed and replied, “It could be like a royal wedding.”  It was funny, but I couldn’t believe how many people wanted a gigantic bow.  So here it is.

The ‘Royal Bow’
(excuse the pics, we’ve had a weeks worth of rain here)
For right now the hat pattern is not available.  I’m still working on a better one that is a fit with this fascinator, but I did finish six different sizes of bows.
PDF for the bows is available on Ravelry.
