Nautical Stripes Preemie Blanket Free Crochet Pattern

The Nautical Stripes Preemie Blanket is an easy crochet project that will bring both preemies and their parents some love.

I love the opportunity to bless new moms that are probably struggling with the new life of hospital visits and a prolonged stay for their sweet, little new baby.

Preemies will always have a special place in my heart and the Preemie Challenge that Helen over at Sunflower Cottage Crochet is my go to event for preemies.

The Nautical Stripes symbolizes life and stability. I wanted to help parents find strength for this new chapter of their life. The Nautical Stripes Preemie Blanket is part of the Nautical Stripes set.

  • Just a quick question…. The amount of yarn for color A is 5.3oz. The skein says it is 5 oz.
So my question is do I really need two??

    • Hi Lori, If you are going to do the border in that color then yes, you need the 2nd skein. If you skip the border than no, you can get away with only 1 skein.
