Finished Sizes: 4″ wide x 60″ long
Yarn: #4 worsted weight
Sample used: Big Twist Value – Soft Grey – 5.3 oz/150g, 335 yds/306m
Crochet Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm)
Notions: Yarn Needle
Gauge: 1 cable repeat = 2” w x 4¼” h
Difficulty: Adv Beg/Intermediate – Uses a combination of post stitches that change from row to row, to create intertwined cables.

- ch – chain
- FPcl – Front Post cluster
- FPdc – Front Post double crochet
- sc – single crochet
- yo – yarn over

Notes:
- Cable is worked over 9 sts.
- Center 9 post stitches have been numbered in pattern to make it easier to explain. Right to left (because that’s how you crochet) 1,2,3,4.
Special Stitches:
- FPdc – yo, insert hook from front to back to front around post of indicated st, yo, pull up loop, [yo, pull through 2 loops] 2 times. Video tutorial here
- FPcl (Front post Cluster) – [yo, insert hook around indicated post st, yo, pull up loop, yo, pull through 2 loops] 3 times, yo, pull through all 4 loops.
