Flower Hair Clip or Barrette – Free Crochet Pattern

APPLE BLOSSOM HAIR CLIP / BARRETTE

FREE CROCHET PATTERN
Finished flower will be approx. 2″ across.

Supplies

  • green/yellow scraps
  • pink scraps
  • “H” hook

with green (or color of your choice – I used yellow for this one)

ch2
Round 1:  9sc in 2nd ch from hook, slip stitch to 1st sc.  Fasten off.

Round 2:  (with pink) ch1, * (hdc, 2dc, hdc) in next sc, slip stitch in next sc, repeat from * around, slip stitch in 1st slip stitch.  Fasten off. (5 petals)

Glue to a hair clip or barrette. DONE!
I finished this one in about 15 minutes on a Sunday morning right before we left for church!
