Learn How to Crochet the Cathedral Crossing Cable Pattern

The Cathedral Crossing crochet cable strip reminds me of the amazing ceiling woodwork in the cathedrals in Ireland. With its crossing stitches and textured design, it captures the look and feel of a traditional Irish cable, but worked entirely in crochet.

Featured in the Adventure in Cables Blanket CAL, this pattern will teach you how to create this stunning cable so you can successfully make it for your blanket, or any number of other projects.

What is the Adventure in Cables Blanket?

Remember those choose-your-own-adventure books?!

That’s where the idea was born. Create a blanket that everyone can choose their own path and make a blanket as unique as they are.

We hashed out a lot of details for this one, but it’s going to help you create an amazing blanket.
