Introducing the Jewelbox Granny Square Blanket: A Treasure of Color and Comfort

The Jewelbox Granny Square Blanket is a timeless twist on the classic granny square, designed with a touch of sparkle and charm. Made from mini granny squares that are sewn together, every other square features a colorful center that creates a jewel-like effect across the blanket. Whether draped over your couch, tucked on your bed, or gifted to someone special, this blanket is a true treasure—full of color, warmth, and the magic of handmade.

The Inspiration Behind the Design

The design inspiration for this blanket came because, if you are familiar with my designs you know I love solid colored blankets, but I wanted to find a way to add a splash of color.

Each mini granny square comes with a tiny burst of color, turning what might have been forgotten bits into something beautiful and functional.

By sewing these little treasures together, you create a patchwork full of tiny treasures. Make a uniformed pattern, or have each square use its own color combo—whatever you choose will be a jewelbox of color, and one-of-a-kind for you.
