My girls always loved to dress their dolls to look the same as them. The Riding Woods little girls poncho set will have the girls matching and keep them warm. Perfect for those fall days when they’re playing outside or just need a bit extra.
Made with beginner stitches and in panels, so it’s a great pattern even if you’re a beginner.

Yarn: #4 worsted cotton
Sample used: Red Heart Soft in Wine
Crochet Hook: J/10 (6 mm)
Notions: Yarn Needle, 3/4″ ribbon

Ch 16 loosely,
Row 1: (Dc, ch 2, sc) in 4th ch from hook, * skip next 2 chs, (2 dc, ch 2, sc) in next
ch, repeat from * across, turn. (5 paris sts)
Row 2: Ch 2, (dc, ch 2, sc) in 1st ch-2 sp, * (2 dc, ch 2, sc) in next ch-2 sp, turn. (5
paris sts)
Row 3 – 18: Repeat Row 2.
Fasten off, leaving an 12” tail for sewing.
Assemble short end with long end, as shown in photo below.
Repeat for other side of poncho.

I was concerned about the same thing, but I added it to my cart and went to checkout, where it came up as free. Sometimes designers do that to make it easier for us.
