Peace Sign Crochet Pattern – Free Blanket Square

National Peace Day is September 21st each year.

I’m ready for some peace in my life (and in the world) so I created this peace symbol as one of the squares in our Holiday Celebrations Blanket.

The Holiday Celebrations Blanket has 12 monthly squares. – One square to celebrate each of the 12 months. Some will be holiday squares and some will celebrate other things such as the seasons. All squares are made using the corner-to-corner method.

There are 19 different squares to mix and match, which means you can customize and make it your own.

At the end of the year you’ll have a finished blanket!

If you’d like all the squares ahead of time and not wait for each month’s release, the bundle is available at a discount HERE.

HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS BLANKET

The Holiday Celebrations Blanket will be 12 months of patterns, with one releasing each month, plus 7 bonuses if you’d like to swap one out for something else.

OR

You will have the option to purchase the bundle at a discount so you can make them at your own pace and not have to worry about coming back each month for the new pattern of the month. (All 19 patterns are currently in the bundle.)

WHY HOLIDAY SQUARES?

My 15 year old daughter wanted to crochet one of my c2c squares that I had designed. That led into an entire conversation of her asking if she could make “a bunch of squares” for me and make them into a blanket for herself. Why, yes you can!

So we talked for a while and came up with a plan for a whole blanket circling around the holidays and what we celebrate each month.

She is making each of these squares herself, so please be patient if the squares are a bit late with updated pictures or they’re not professional quality. She’s having fun and making herself a blanket! :)

If you’d like to see all the squares from the blanket, you can see the Holiday Celebrations Blanket HERE.
