National Wine Day Square – Free Crochet Pattern

May 25th is National Wine Day, so I decided the May bonus square for the Holiday Celebrations Blanket would be a glass of wine to celebrate. You can also make the traditional MOM square for your blanket.

If you’ve missed any of the squares it’s not too late!

HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS BLANKET

The Holiday Celebrations Blanket will be 12 months of patterns – one releasing each month, plus 7 bonuses if you’d like to swap one out for something else.

You will have the option to purchase the bundle at a discount so you can make them at your own pace and not have to worry about coming back each month for the new pattern of the month. (All 18 patterns are currently in the bundle.)

Why holiday squares?

My 15 year old daughter wanted to crochet one of my c2c squares that I had designed. That led into an entire conversation of her asking if she could make “a bunch of squares” for me and make them into a blanket for herself. Why, yes you can!

So we talked for a while and came up with a plan for a whole blanket circling around the holidays and what we celebrate each month.

May ended up being squares to celebrate Mother’s Day, as well as National Wine Day.

Let’s show May some love! Choose your own colors or work it in the colors we used.
